When to choose this line

Use this Pantra route when Prismagon arrives with time to grow and your board can preserve several useful Types. Gaiadrasil is a Legendary payoff, so the opening board must work before it appears. The 40.16% 10-win rate comes from only 122 runs and deserves more caution than a larger sample.

The lineup and frequencies below are observations. The purchase, positioning and pivot advice is editorial reasoning from card mechanics. An exact video walkthrough of this core pair has not been verified. Critcap v23 is a data version; the runs have no individual game-patch labels.

The core and its supporting slots

Most frequent members of the cluster, not a verified placement diagram. The two 100% entries define the cluster; their frequency does not prove causation or a mandatory buy order.

How the engine works

Prismagon's cast permanently increases its Damage for each unique Type on the team. A useful additional Type can improve the growth trigger; another copy of an already represented Type does not add a new unique Type.

Gaiadrasil has additional Damage based on adjacent allies' Damage, excluding other Gaiadrasil. Placing it next to a grown Prismagon connects the permanent growth carry with an ongoing damage payoff.

Keep diversity and board strength in balance. A weak unit with a new Type can cost the team a fight; useful charge, healing or protection can earn a slot even when its Type overlaps.

Opening, transition and final choices

A conditional route based on the offers you receive. The dataset does not prescribe exact purchase turns.

Step 1

Survive while the rare pieces are missing

Plunderbird appears in 34% of the recorded openers, Velocect in 32%, Gildshell in 31%, and Runerock in 25%. These describe alternatives across runs. Build from the best current offers and avoid reserving every slot for the final composition.

Step 2

Start Prismagon's growth

Once Prismagon is affordable, compare the team's distinct Types and give it useful casting support. Dracana can charge the ally behind it. This is a reason to start the engine when offered, without inventing a guaranteed day or reroll budget for finding Prismagon.

Step 3

Add the damage-sharing payoff

Buy Gaiadrasil when the shop offers it and the current board can support the purchase. Place it adjacent to Prismagon and inspect the resulting damage. Do not sell the strongest bridge before confirming which slot the new unit will occupy.

Step 4

Choose support that reaches the target

Dracana appears in 62% of final boards, Dryadell in 54%, and Dirgefin and Onsetra in 45% each. Dryadell targets the Grass ally above; Onsetra targets the ongoing ability of the ally behind. These directions make placement part of the purchase decision.

Position the engine before filling slots

  • Place Gaiadrasil adjacent to Prismagon. Start with this relationship before filling support slots; being in the same six-unit lineup does not establish adjacency.
  • Put Dracana in front of Prismagon when using it to accelerate Prismagon's casts. Dryadell can sit below Gaiadrasil because its target must be a Grass ally above.
  • Onsetra belongs in front of the ally whose Ongoing ability you want repeated. Prismagon's growth is On Cast, so placing Onsetra there does not directly repeat that growth trigger.
  • After every replacement, recount unique Types and check who lost adjacency or a directional support. The sample board below records membership and gives no verified six-slot arrangement.

Upgrade and spending decisions

  • Favor the established Prismagon carry when copies improve the engine you already have. Preserve its time spent growing while comparing the next Gaiadrasil or support purchase.
  • Use a support upgrade only when its target relationship remains active. A higher-level support aimed at an empty or unsuitable slot does not fix the board.
  • If Prismagon arrives too late or Gaiadrasil never appears, keep a functional diverse board and compare another carry. Avoid an all-in search simply because a small sample has a high 10-win rate.

Choose Trinkets for the job

Observed usage gives context, not a priority ranking or a guarantee that the Trinket caused wins.

Substitutions and when to pivot

Saberhorn is observed replacing Onsetra in 32% of flex observations. It gives Multicast to the ally in front, while Onsetra supports an Ongoing ability behind it. Switching the unit changes the intended target and support role.

Dirgefin brings Ghost and Water Types in one slot, but its cast knocks out Common allies and enemies. Remove dependence on Common bridges before introducing it.

The older generic Dragon Prismagon snapshot uses a different partner. Keep its frequencies separate; neither row establishes a universally mandatory six-unit board.

Patch 1.1.0 checks

  • Patch 1.1.0 reduces Haste Orb from 15% to 10% cooldown speed.
  • The official announcement does not list a direct Prismagon or Gaiadrasil change. That absence alone does not establish whether this combination improved relative to other teams.

Common mistakes

  • Stacking one Type and expecting each duplicate to count as a new Type.
  • Placing Gaiadrasil away from the grown carry.
  • Using Onsetra as if it repeated Prismagon's On Cast effect.
  • Introducing Dirgefin without checking the Common units it will knock out.
  • Treating 122 runs as proof of a reliable 40.16% personal success rate.

Sources and next steps

Cluster membership and metrics come from Critcap, using its v23 Master late Pantra response collected September 26. Card effects use the community game reference; the developer's September 21 patch notes take precedence for listed balance changes.

This core pair was absent from our v22 archive. That does not establish that players only recently discovered the strategy. Sample results are descriptive, with no promised personal win rate.
